Since we are unable to determine what the problem is that some people are experiencing with submitting the form on this page or how to solve the problem, we have decided to stop using that method from here on out.
We will instead be using a Google Form for any new registrants. Those who sign up through the Google Form will not be receiving an email with the subject line of "3rd Annual HISNA Conference Confirmation" from the Co-Media Directors. Please look for a PayPal invoice from the Co-Treasurers within a few days of submitting the Google Form.

---To everyone who has already either received a confirmation email with the subject line of "3rd Annual HISNA Conference Confirmation" from the Co-Media Directors or a PayPal invoice from the Co-Treasurers, please do not fill out the Google Form. You have already been recorded and do not need to fill out the Google Form. Follow these steps to register:
- Click the button and follow the link to the Google Form.
- Fill out the Google Form.
- Wait to receive a PayPal invoice to pay for your conference registration fee if applicable.
- Double-check to make sure the amount is correct. If you believe there is a discrepancy, please contact us.
- If it is correct, please pay the amount in full.
- Print out the receipt.
- Bring the receipt with you to the conference check-in table along with your NSNA membership card if applicable.
- ---If unable to pay through PayPal, please notify us and bring your payment with you to the conference check-in table.---
