TO BECOME A MEMBER OF NSNA and HISNA:

The website will have 6 Steps and will ask for the following:​
Name, Address, Email, Nursing School, Education, etc.
Pay both national and state dues 

For new members:
Two-Year Membership: $50.00 (NSNA) + $10.00 (HISNA) = $60.00 (TOTAL)
One-Year Membership: $25.00 (NSNA)  + $5.00 (HISNA) = $30.00 (TOTAL)

For renewing members:
Two-Year Membership: $50.00 (NSNA) + $10.00 (HISNA) = $60.00 (TOTAL)
One-Year Membership: $30.00 (NSNA)  + $5.00 (HISNA) = $35.00 (TOTAL)
